ActiveHotkeys- Find all the Reserved and Available Shortcuts Keys

Often many applications used to reserve hotkeys during their installation and some day if you need to assign your favorite hotkey to some another app, then you may get conflict that this key is already in use by some another program. In such a situation, a program that can report the available keyboard combinations would be handy to serve the purpose.

ActiveHotkeys  is one such program that will check for all the possible selected keyboard combinations and report the active ones. For example, if you want to find out that which function keys are already acquired by other applications than you should selectNONE” as modifier, and the “Function keys” as the normal key groups.

On similar line, if you want to check all the key groups associated with the “Win” key modifier, then you can tick the checkbox “Win” as modifier and select all the normal key groups. You can also tweak the settings in modifier keys and normal key groups through the Right-Click menu.

ActiveHotkeys does not come with an installer all you just need to do is extract the exe file and run it. This is a quite handy tool for power users who love shortcutting and hence always in need of information of available hotkeys. But, note that this program doesn’t provide any information about what program registered a particular global hotkey.
